C210 TIPS USING GUIDE: C210 tips are precision consumable parts. If the tip becomes badly worn, pitted, deformed, or difficult to tin, replace it with a new compatible C210 tip.

  1. 1. Use the Right Tip for the Job - Choose a tip shape and size that matches the solder joint. A tip that is too small may overheat and wear faster.
  2. 2. Use Only the Heat You Need - Use the lowest effective temperature for the job. Higher temperature does not always mean better soldering — it can shorten tip life.
  3. 3. Keep the Tip Tinned - Always keep a thin layer of solder on the tip during use. A properly tinned tip transfers heat better and helps protect the plating.
  4. 4. Clean the Tip Gently - Use brass wool or a soft damp sponge to clean the tip. Remove oxidation and residue regularly during use.
  5. 5. Re-Tin Before Storage - Before turning the tool off, apply a small amount of fresh solder to the tip. This helps protect the working surface during cooling and storage.

ABOUT SOLDERING IRON: POPULO C210 tips features a laser-etched mark; please insert the tip firmly until this mark aligns with the area near the nut. If the tip is not installed correctly, the iron will display "S-E".

CORDED MODE: Corded mode requires a adapter with a rating of 5V/2A or higher.
