What should I do if the POPULO electric toilet plunger doesn't work?

Check if the device is fully charged.
- Please ensure the device has been charged completely before use.

Turn on the device.
- Listen for the sound of the internal air pump.
- If you hear a sound: Proceed to the next steps for further testing.
- If you don’t hear any sound: The device may be defective and needs to be replaced. Please contact us for assistance.

Check the pressure gauge.
- See if the pressure gauge is moving and displaying a reading.
- Check whether the sealing ring shown in the image is correctly installed.Perform a simple test.

- Block the nozzle/head of the device with your finger and check the pressure gauge again:
- If the gauge moves and pressure builds: Please refer to the troubleshooting steps to identify the issue.
- Check whether the moving part in Figure 1 reaches the position shown in the image when the device is turned on. If it is stuck, shake it gently until it moves freely.
- Check whether the rubber seal shown in Figure 2 is present.

- If the gauge doesn’t move and there’s no pressure: The device may have an internal air leak and needs to be replaced.
