Cable worn or broken

             This problem is usually caused by your incorrect operation. We recommend that you follow these steps：

             1. Set the front operation handle to the "O" position, and then pull the cable out from the drum using gloved hands until you reach the joint point. If you cannot touch or see the cable at all, it means that the cable is broken inside the machine. In this case, please contact us directly and we will evaluate your situation and give you a refund or exchange.

             2. If you can still pull all the cables out manually, this means that only the cable needs to be replaced. Click this link to purchase our universal cable.

    Drain auger cannot be started

                 Please check according to the following steps.

                 1. Check if the battery is charged - press the button on the back of the battery to see the battery charge status.

                 2. Make sure the switch trigger is not locked.

                 3. If the machine still does not start, please contact us. Click the link at the top of the page to contact us, we will reply within 24 hours. We will then arrange a replacement or refund for you.

    Drain cut out during use

                 Please check according to the following steps.

                 1. The battery capacity could be completely depleted. Place the battery pack on the charger for recharge. The drain auger may have been overloaded and stopped by the over current protection system. Reduce hand pressure to continue operation.

                2. If the problem is still not solved, please contact us, we will arrange a refund or replacement for you.
