1.Loose the Tension knobRotate the knob anti-clockwise until its completely loose.Remove the tension and the spring .

2.Pull Out the CableUsing gloved hands, carefully pull the cable out completely until you reach the joint point.

3.Repalce the CableDisconnect the cable at the joint point using a suitable Phillips screwdirver. Replace it with a new cable.

4.Retract the CablePush the cable back onto the drum using gloved hands completely.

5.Reposition and Secure Place the spring back onto its original position, then screw the tension knob in.Reposition and Secure Place the spring  back onto its original position, then screw the tension knob in.

Tips:Cables are consumables, Replacing them can extend the service life of the product.
