If you decide that your Populo purchase is not right for you, you’re allowed to return your product for a full refund of purchase price with the first 30 days of your purchase. The merchandise must be returned in the same condition that was received including all packaging to avoid being subject to a 15% restocking fee. You’ll receive refund with approximately 5 to 7 business days after the returned item arrived back at our warehouse.

This limited warranty is not meant to suggest or imply that the tools can not be broken or will last forever, it does means that the tools are covered subject to the terms of the limited warranty. This limited warranty is void if the tools are subjected to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, disassembled, tampered, an accident or other abnormal, excessive or improper use. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including the results of fatigue, is not covered. Damage resulting from improper assembly or maintenance, or from installation of parts and accessories not compatible with the Populo tools is not covered. All labor charges for warranty service are the responsibility of the tools’ owner.

In the event that the processing of a warranty claim requires shipping, any such shipping charges are responsibility of the tools’ owner. During the duration of this limited warranty, Populo will either repair any defective components or , at our option, replace the same or most nearly comparable model then available. THIS IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY. Nice little unit…

Very handy “dremel” like tool. Comes with a single battery, would be nice if they gave you two, but I don’t use it often enough for that to be an issue. Has a very wide range of speeds, as seen in the video. Comes with a nice little “starter” variety of tools and some compound. The tools come in a little plastic case that slides nicely into the base of the unit. Overall, I’m quite please with this item and would recommend it to others. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed, unless you need to use it a lot for extended periods…then you’re probably better off with a plug in one instead of battery powered.

The versatility is great, and the battery life last for a long time it's portable so it's easy to operate and easy to hold. Has different drill bits to switch for different projects.

Pretty awesome Rotary tool thats portable (somewhat)

Rotary tools are the cornerstone of any tinkerer. They are used in everything from crafts to cutting large metal bits. Pretty much the gold standard is a dremel, which in itself is great, but its needs to be plugged in and isnt exactly good for smaller to reach places. And certainly useless for larger bits/cut offs/etc. And of course the place to need them the most is miles away from an outlet.

Now there are other very compact battery powered rotary tools, but they have no actual power and at best can cut through a thin toothpick. Most of the time I need to grind down some metal or sheer off a bolt in which those puny things wont even make a dent in.

So yea this baby is great. Its got as much power as a large drill, but spins much faster, last forever on a charge and has a very nice long extension to get in those tough to reach places. Its very well made, durable, comes with a lot of bits, a battery, charger, etc. So with that lets roll into the pros/cons

Pros:
-Affordable for what you get (especially compared to name brand)
-Oodles of power, much stonger than a dremel even thats corded
-Long battery life (which surprised me)
-Lots of accessories
-Very robust and well made

Cons:
-No carrying case
-Its unweildy to pack
-Only one battery

All in all this is a great tool and I am very happy with it, I just wish it came with a case, or satchel or something. With its large extension it is very unwieldly and difficult to put into a tool box. However thats really as Id say a first world problem. For what it is and what it does its excellent!

Great Workhorse Rotary

Bought this for power and portability for cutting and sanding metal in tight areas. My cordless dremels always bog down and aren't small enough. This is a big improvement, and cuts thinner metals when needed with both composite and metal discs. Also good for detail grinding n sanding, motor doesn't feel underpowered. If you need more power but a die grinder is overkill, this is a good step up. Recommended.
